Cube Survival Minecraft Server FAQ
Everything a new player should know before connecting, creating an account, protecting a build, or supporting the server.
What is the Cube Survival server address?
Use iron1.cubesurvival.com. Java Edition connects on port 25565, while Bedrock Edition connects on port 19132.
Can Java and Bedrock players play together?
Yes. Cube Survival uses Velocity, Paper, Geyser, and Floodgate so supported Java and Bedrock players can share one survival world.
Is Cube Survival free to join?
Yes. The core survival experience is free to join. Optional supporter ranks and claim expansions help fund infrastructure and development.
Is Cube Survival pay-to-win?
Cube Survival does not advertise paid combat gear or progression-ending shortcuts. Supporter options focus on identity and convenience and should be reviewed continuously for fairness.
How do I protect my Minecraft base?
Cube Survival uses GriefPrevention land claims. Claim the complete build area, inspect the boundary, and grant trust only to players you intend to collaborate with.
How does website sign-in work?
Enter your email to receive a six-digit one-time code. Codes expire after ten minutes and can be used only once. No password is stored.
Why should I link my Minecraft account?
Linking connects your website identity to the correct in-game player so eligible purchases can be fulfilled safely. The link command expires after ten minutes.
How are purchases confirmed?
Cube Survival waits for a signed Airwallex payment event. Returning from checkout alone does not mark an order as paid or trigger fulfilment.
What happens if my link code expires?
Return to the player dashboard and generate a new command. Old or consumed codes cannot be reused.
Are world and database backups created?
The operating stack includes automated backups for world and platform data. Backups reduce operational risk but do not replace player land claims or account security.
What rules should I read before joining?
Respect other players, play legitimately, do not grief or steal, trade honestly, build responsibly, and never share account security codes.
Is Cube Survival affiliated with Mojang or Microsoft?
No. Cube Survival is an independent multiplayer server and is not affiliated with Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
