Terms, Purchases, and Refunds

These terms explain how Cube Survival accounts, gameplay access, optional supporter offers, delivery, and refund requests work. Last updated August 16, 2026.

Playing on Cube Survival

Cube Survival is an independent community Minecraft server. You need a legitimate copy of a supported Minecraft edition and must follow our community rules. Access may be limited or removed to protect players, the world, or the service from abuse, cheating, fraud, or security threats.

Accounts and player linking

Website access uses a one-time code sent to your email. Keep that email account secure and never share a login code or Minecraft link command. You are responsible for activity performed through your active session and linked Minecraft identity. Contact player support promptly if you believe either has been compromised.

Optional supporter purchases

Core survival gameplay is free. Every paid offer shows its price and benefit before checkout. Supporter benefits focus on recognition, convenience, or building capacity and do not promise competitive superiority. Airwallex hosts payment collection; Cube Survival does not receive your complete card number.

PriceThe product page shows the USD base price. A local-currency total shown by Airwallex at checkout is the final payment amount.

DeliveryDelivery starts only after a verified payment event and is recorded in your dashboard purchase history.

Temporary benefitsA time-limited membership begins when its entitlement is fulfilled unless the offer states a different start date.

Server changesFeatures may be adjusted for balance, security, Minecraft compatibility, or platform policy. A materially removed paid benefit will be handled fairly.

Refunds and payment problems

If a payment was duplicated, unauthorized, charged incorrectly, or not delivered, contact the monitored support address shown in your player dashboard with the order reference. We will investigate provider records and the fulfilment log. Refund eligibility depends on delivery status, product type, provider rules, and applicable consumer law; these terms do not remove rights that cannot legally be waived.

Do not use a bank chargeback as a substitute for contacting support unless the transaction is genuinely unauthorized or support has not resolved a valid issue. Fraudulent payment disputes may result in suspended purchases or account access while evidence is reviewed.

Changes and service availability

Minecraft versions, plugins, events, world rules, and capacity can change. Planned maintenance will be announced when practical, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Major changes to these terms will be dated on this page.
